Q - Is there financial help to go to Conference?
A - Grants are available from Macmillan Cancer Support who also support the conference financially.
Support groups can apply for funding for up to four delegates from Macmillan Cancer Support.

Q - What if I am not a member of a support group but want to come to Conference?
A - We will be delighted to see you there, just apply as an individual.



Q - How is SCCSG funded?
A - We have been lucky in the past to receive a generous cheque from Macmillan Cancer Support on an annual basis and we run a yearly raffle at Conference.
Our committee costs are kept to a minimum with phone conference meetings and much work done by e-mail. Due to the increasing popularity of SCCSG we have in the last few years paid for some of the conference administration. We have a small but very valuable regular income through GAYE (Give As You Earn). The AGM is held at Conference and our yearly accounts are available to all.
